Alicja is a Polish writer and director based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Her work tends to be influenced by satire and magic realism.

In 2019, she was selected for the BellRock Writers’ Residency with Creative Scotland, where she developed a feature narrative project before attending Rotterdam International Film Festival to pitch the film in 2020.

She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Film from Screen Academy Scotland in 2018.
